March Outlook: A rather chilly start to the month is looking likely. This could translate into a colder month in general for the area. The forecasted average high temps for the month will be around 50-60F, with the chance of seeing 6-8 days slightly colder than that and also 4-6 days being slightly warmer. The high temperature extremes for the month are forecasted to be around 72-76F; this could occur a couple of time during the month. The low temperatures for the month will be around 30-40F, with the potential of seeing 4-6 days being colder along with 6-8 days being slightly warmer. The extreme low temperatures for the month are around 20-24F; this could happen a couple times, especially during the early part of the month. The month is forecasted to see 2-4inches of rainfall, with no winter precipitation expected. No severe weather events are forecasted for the area during this month.

April Outlook: The region will see a nice warm up for the month as the forecasted temperature average will be around 65-75F for the high temps; there is a chance of seeing 6-8 days slightly warmer than that along with 4-6 days being slightly cooler. The extreme high temperatures for the month will be in the 77-81F range. The low temperatures are forecasted to be in the average of 45-55F, with the chance of seeing 5-7 days warmer than that for lows and also 4-6 nights being colder during the month. The extreme low temperatures for the month will be around 40-44F, with the chance of seeing this a couple times during the month. Precipitation for the month will be around 1-2inches of rainfall. Along with that will be the chance of seeing 1-3 thunderstorm days and a low chance of seeing severe weather around 1 time for the month.

May Outlook: The region will get out to a nice warm May with the forecasted average high temps to be around 70-80F. There is also the chance to see 6-8 days slightly warmer and 1-2 days being slightly cooler. The extreme high temps for the month will be around 88-92F. The low temperatures for the month are forecasted to be in the 55-65F range along with that is the chance of seeing 2-4 nights being slightly warmer and 2-4 nights being slightly cooler. The extreme low temperatures for the month will be around 46-50F. Precipitation for the month will include the chance of seeing 1-2inches of rainfall and the chance of seeing 1-2 days with thunderstorms; severe weather however, shall be limited.

March Outlook: The forecasted high temperatures for the month will average around 60-70F. There is also a chance to see 8-10 days cooler than the forecasted average and 4-6 days slightly warmer. The high temperature extremes for the month will be around 72-76F. The low temperatures for the month will be forecasted around 40-50F, with the chance to see 6-8 nights cooler and 2-4 nights being slightly warmer. Precipitation for the month will be fairly potent with amounts ranging from 5-7 inches. This will also bring on the event of more thunderstorm type weather with the chance of seeing 1-2 days with thunderstorms. Severe Weather will also pickup during the month with a moderate chance of seeing severe weather for the month.

April Outlook: The month will warm up nicely but also be a drier than normal month. The forecasted high temperature average will be around 65-75F, along with the chance of seeing 1-2 days slightly cooler but a larger 6-8 days of warmer temps. The extreme high temps for the month will be around 80-84F. Looking at the low temperatures for the month the forecast is for 50-60F with the chance of seeing 6-8 days being lower than that and also 2-4 days being warmer. The forecasted extreme low temps for the month will be around 34-38F; a light frost may still be possible in the region. Precipitation for the month will be 2-4inches in which no snow will fall, but the chance of seeing thunderstorms will be around 2-4 days for the month. There will also be a moderate chance of seeing severe weather.

May Outlook: The month looks to see normal type temperatures with high temps forecasted to be in the 75-85F range, along with seeing 4-6 days being slightly cooler and also 4-6 days being warmer. The extreme high temperatures will be around 86-90F with the chance of seeing these temps a few times. The low temperatures will be around 55-65F, with the chance of seeing 2-4 nights slightly cooler and also 1-2 nights warmer. The extreme low temperature will be around 48-52F. Precipitation for the month will be around 1-3inches with the chance of seeing 1-2 days of thunderstorms in the region and a low chance for severe weather on the month.

The low temperatures for the month are forecasted to be around 60-70F, with the chance of seeing 2-4 nights cooler and also 4-6 nights slightly warmer. The extreme low temperatures for the month should be around 51-55F. Precipitation for the month will be around 2-4inches. The chance of seeing thunderstorms with that is low, as most will just fall as rain showers. Severe weather for the month is low.

April Outlook: The temperatures will warm up nicely for the month of April as the forecasted high temperatures are to be in the 75-85F range along with that there will be around 1-2 days slightly cooler and also 8-10 days being warmer. The extreme high temperatures for the month will be 86-90F. Looking at the low temperatures for the month, the forecast is for an average of 65-75F and the chance of seeing 1-2 nights cooler than that and also 4-6 nights remaining warmer. The extreme low temperatures for the month will be around 60-64F. Precipitation for the month will be low, seeing only 1-2inches of rainfall, most of which will come from thunderstorms as there is a chance of seeing 2-3 thunderstorm days. Looking at the low temperatures, the forecast for the month is to have 65-75F for an average with the chance of seeing 2-4 nights cooler than that and 2-4 days being slightly warmer. The extreme low temperature for the month will be around 62-64F. Precipitation for the month will be around 6-9inches of rainfall. This rainfall will come in the form of thunderstorms with the chance of seeing 4-6 days with thunderstorms and also a small chance for severe weather possibly associated with tropical activity. There is a low chance for tropical activity to impact the Miami area during the month of May.

Summary for the Southeast: The region will be dealing with a cool start to the month. That should give way to a nice end of the month. The region will also see higher amounts of precipitation for the month of March, followed by a drier April and May for most of the region; the exception will be Florida, where May could actually be above normal for rainfall totals.
