Milk: The New Poison
Milk, what many people would consider âthe perfect drinkâ and it isâŠfor a baby cow…when it is fresh.
We have always been told that drink milk gives us strong bones, and we have always believed it until now. Several groups of researches have decided to tackle the reputation milk has gotten, and the things they have found are astonishing.
First of all, let us actually examine what milk is. After a cow has digested her food, and that can be anything from hay to pesticide filled grass, she transforms all the nutrients and turns them into milk. Then the milked is squeeze out of her udders with pumps that are nearly never cleaned out. Then the milk that is squeezed out is pumped into tubes that pass the milk through a pasteurizing process that is suppose to destroy anything harmful in milkâŠagain, supposed to.
Naturally, and even after pasteurization, milk contains 59 hormones. Out of those, one is an extremely strong growth hormone called insulin-like growth factor 1, or IGF-1. This hormone is considered by many scientists and doctors to be a âfuel cell.â IGF-1 is responsible for the rapid growth in calves, and, strangely enough, it is the same hormone that is responsible for rapid growth in humans. So, automatically, if a person has any form of cancer cells developing in their bodies, drinking milk will speed up that process. Even if the person doesnât have cancer cells, when you combine the high content levels of fat in milk and the effects of IGF-1, you get an increase in a personâs body weight by nearly 40 percent. Milk could be one of the leading causes for obesity in America.
One of the highest arguments for the importance of milk is calcium. Milk, however, is really not that big on its calcium quantity. Let us consider where cows get their calcium. They get their calcium from grass, which also has magnesium, which is essential for the body to actually absorb and use the calcium they eat. Unfortunately for us, when a cow produces milk, they donât include magnesium in it. So, no matter what amount of calcium milk has, it does us no good what so ever because it does not contain enough magnesium for our bodies to absorb the calcium that is in milk. This would explain why these countries with the highest milk consumption rate, donât have a lower percent of osteoporosis as opposed to countries that donât drink milk as much. In fact, some of those countries actually have a higher osteoporosis and other diseases that are associated with calcium deficiency, rate.
So, there you have it. The next time your mother or mother-in-law decides to force you to drink a glass of the dangerous white liquid called milk, you can now easily tell her no thank you; you donât want to drink her poison.
