Weather Forecast for North America on September 4, 2013:

A frontal boundary along the Gulf Coast will provide showers and thunderstorms to the region, while low pressure near Greenland will bring cool weather and showers to the area. Tropical wave moving over the Yucatan Peninsula will bring showers and thunderstorms to Mexico. Expect partly cloudy skies from the US West Coast to the west coast of Canada. Temps will range from the 30’s in Greenland to the 40’s along the Canadian east coast, warming to the 60’s and 70’s for the Eastern US. The Southeast and Gulf Coast will be in the 80’s. The Plains will be in the 80’s and 90’s, while the western US, will be in the 80’s, including Seattle and Portland.

Weather Forecast for South America on September 4, 2013

From Peru to Brazil partly cloudy skies will dominate the weather. Partly cloudy skies will be found from northern Chile, while rain showers will be over northern Argentina, along with snow showers for both southern Chile and Argentina. Peru to Brazil temps will be in the 70’s and 80’s cooling to the 60’s for central Argentina and the 30’s over southern Argentina and Chile.

Weather Forecast for Europe and the Middle East on September 4, 2013

High pressure will bring sunny skies from England to Spain and eastward across to Italy, while partly cloudy skies will be found over northern England and few showers around Moscow. Sunny skies and very hot weather will be in store for the Middle East. Northern Europe will be in the 50’s warming to the 60’s and 70’s for central Europe, to include England. The 80’s and a few 90’s will be possible from Spain to Italy. The temps will be in the 100-110 range for the Middle East again.

Weather Forecast for Africa and the Cape Verde and Madagascar Islands on September 4, 2013

Northern Africa will see sunny skies to partly cloudy skies, while central Africa will see another day of enhanced showers and thunderstorms across the region. Southern Africa will enjoy partly cloudy skies along with Madagascar. Northern Africa will be in the 80’s, while places across central Africa will only hit the 70’s due to the rainfall. Southern Africa will be in the upper 60’s to lower 70’s.

Weather Forecast for Southeast Asia on September 4, 2013

The southwest monsoon will bring another day of moderate rainfall over India and Sri Lanka, while afternoon thunderstorms will be possible from Singapore to Thailand and eastward into Malaysia. Temps will be in the 80’s and 90’s across the region from India to Malaysia.

Weather Forecast for Eastern Asia and the island of (Guam) on September 4, 2013

Partly cloudy skies in store from northeast Russia to eastern China while Tropical Storm Toraji makes landfall over southern Japan bringing heavy rainfall to the region. Afternoon thunderstorms will be possible from Hong Kong to Manila and eastward into Guam. Temps over northeast Russia will be in the 40’s and 50’s warming to the 60’s for northern Japan and the 70’s over the Korea’s along with Tokyo. Hong Kong will be in the 80’s along with Guam, while a few 90’s will be possible across Manila.

Weather Forecast for the Island of (New Zealand) and Australia for September 4, 2013

Tropical moisture will be on the increase over northeastern Australia, while another frontal boundary moves through Perth bringing showers to the region. Northwest Australia will be in the 70’s cooling to the 60’s for southwest Australia and the 50’s over southeast Australia.
