Weather Forecast for North America on September 10, 2013
High pressure over the eastern US will bring another cool day to the region, with plenty of sunshine. Low pressure to the southeast of Greenland will bring showers to the area, while a frontal boundary moving through the Plains will bring showers and thunderstorms to the region. Temps will be in the 30ās over northeast Canada and into Greenland, while the 40ās hit southeast Canada. Expect temps will warm to the 50ās and 60ās for the northeast US, and the 70ās and 80ās over the Southeast and Gulf Coast. The heat will build back in over the Northern Plains with temps in the 80ās and 90ās again. The West Coast will have temps in the 80ās, as well.
Weather Forecast for South America on September 10, 2013
Peru to Brazil will enjoy partly cloudy skies, while southern Argentina and southern Chile will see another round of showers and snow showers. Temps will be in the 80ās over Brazil, extending into northeast Chile. The 70ās will dominate from Peru to western Brazil and southward into portions of northern Argentina. Expect temps to be in the 30ās and 40ās for southern Argentina and Chile.
Weather Forecast for Europe and the Middle East on September 10, 2013
Partly cloudy skies will prevail over most of Europe with a few showers possible over central Europe and into Moscow. Sunny skies will prevail from southern Spain to Italy and into the Middle East. Northern and western Europe will see temps in the 70ās, while temps in the 80ās will be found from Spain to Italy. Temps in the Middle East will be in the 100-110 range.
Weather Forecast for Africa and the Cape Verde and Madagascar Islands on September 10, 2013
Northern Africa will see partly cloudy skies, giving way to a few afternoon showers over the Cape Verde Islands, along with increasing winds associated with the tropical storm that is moving just to the south of the area Expect periods of heavy rainfall over the region of Cape Verde. Central Africa will also be watching for heavy rainfall associated with the continued tropical moisture belt moving across the region. Southern Africa will see partly cloudy skies and breezy conditions. The majority of Africa will be in the 80ās and a few 90ās. However, the Cape Verde Islands, along with South Africa, will be in the 70ās.
Weather Forecast for Southeast Asia on September 10, 2013
The southwest monsoon will bring moderate rainfall over Sri Lanka and southern India, while partly cloudy skies will be over northern India. Afternoon showers and thunderstorms will be possible over Singapore and eastward into Malaysia. Temps will be in the 80ās and 90ās across the entire region from India to Singapore and eastward into Malaysia and Thailand.
Weather Forecast for Eastern Asia and the island of (Guam) on September 10, 2013
Partly cloudy skies will be found from northeast Russia into central China, while a few showers will still be over Tokyo and most of Japan. Afternoon thunderstorms will be possible from Hong Kong to Manila and into Guam. Northern Russia and portions of northern China will see high temps in the 50ās warming to the 70ās and 80ās for eastern China and into Tokyo, while Hong Kong and Manila along with Guam enjoy upper 80ās.
Weather Forecast for the Island of (New Zealand) and Australia for September 10, 2013
A cold front moving through southwestern Australia will bring showers to the region, while the rest of Australia will see partly cloudy skies with plenty of sunshine. Northern Australia will be in the 80ās while southwest Australia will be in the 60ās, along with southeast Australia. Temps will fall into the 50ās over New Zealand.
