Weather Forecast for North America on October 5, 2013
Low pressure moving across the Mississippi river valley along with Tropical Storm Karen will make for a very wet weekend across the Gulf Coast and also severe weather over the Great Lakes, snow will start to dissipate over the Plains by later in the afternoon. High pressure will keep the west dry, temps will range from the 30â€™s over Greenland to the 50â€™s along the northeast, with temps rising to the 70â€™s over the Gulf Coast with a few 80â€™s possible as well. Temps will be in the 40â€™s over the Northern Plains and the 60â€™s over the Pacific Northwest.

Partly cloudy skies will persist from Peru to Brazil and southward into Argentina and Chile as well. Temps will be in the 50s and 60â€™s for Peru, while temps rise to the 80â€™s over Brazil and cool to the 60â€™s for Northern Argentina further cooling to the 40â€™s over Southern Chile and Argentina.
Weather Forecast for Europe and the Middle East on October 5, 2013
England to France partly cloudy skies will dominate, while showers will be possible from Norway to Sweden. Partly cloudy skies will also be found from France to Germany, while sunny skies dominates the weather from Spain to Italy and southward into the Middle East. Temps will range from the 60â€™s over England to the 40â€™s across Norway and the 70â€™s and 80â€™s from Spain to Italy. Temps will warm into the 90-110 range over the Middle East.
Weather Forecast for Africa and the Cape Verde and Madagascar Islands on October 5, 2013
Partly cloudy skies over Northern Africa will give way to afternoon showers and thunderstorms over Central Africa, while partly cloudy skies and breezy conditions will dominate Southern Africa. Temps will be in the 80â€™s and 90â€™s for all of Africa, with a few 70â€™s possible in the central region and also over South Africa.

Tropical moisture will be on the increase over the Bay of Bengal, also look for afternoon showers and thunderstorms from India to Sri Lanka, eastward into Singapore and also Thailand, while a few lingering showers will be over Vietnam as well. Temps will be in the 80â€™s and 90â€™s for the region.
Weather Forecast for Eastern Asia and the island of (Guam) on October 5, 2013
High pressure will keep most of Eastern China along with Russia dry and cool, while showers increase in coverage from Shanghai to Tokyo along the boundary and also Typhoon Fitow will begin to bring strong winds, heavy rainfall and storm surge to Okinawa. Afternoon thunderstorms will be possible over Hong Kong to Manila and eastward into Guam. Temps will be in the 40â€™s over Northern Russia warming to the 60â€™s and 70â€™s from Shanghai to Tokyo. Temps will be in the 80â€™s for Guam, Hong Kong and also Manila.

High pressure will keep most of Australia under partly cloudy skies and warm weather. Temps will range from the 80â€™s and 90â€™s over Northern Australia to the 70â€™s from Perth to Sydney.
