Weather Forecast for North America on May 15, 2013
High pressure over the eastern United States will bring nice weather to the east. Look for a few snow showers over parts of Greenland again. A new storm system developing in the southern Plains will bring showers and thunderstorms to the region. Partly cloudy skies are expected along the majority of the west coast, from California into Canada. A storm system approaching the Gulf of Alaska will bring a few showers to southern Alaska. Â Temps will be in the 60â€™s and 70â€™s over most of the eastern United States and Canada, while cooler 20â€™s will be over Greenland warming to the 30â€™s for Iceland. The heat will be on for the Plains region, as places could be dealing with another warm day ahead of a cold front; some places could be in the mid 90â€™s with a few 100â€™s as well. The Gulf Coast will be in the 80â€™s. The majority of the west will be in the 70â€™s and 80â€™s.
Weather Forecast for South America on May 15, 2013
Partly cloudy skies will be found from the north to the west in South America; however, showers and a few thunderstorms will be possible over Brazil and southward into all of Argentina. Brazil will be in the 70â€™s and 80â€™s, while Chile gets into the 70â€™s. As you head south, most of South America will be in the 40â€™s and 50â€™s, while the tip of Argentina could actually be in the 30â€™s.
Weather Forecast for Europe and the Middle East on May 15, 2013
Partly cloudy skies will dominate most of the Western Europe, while sunny skies will be found from Spain all the way into Italy and northward towards Germany. The heat will be on again over the Middle East with sunny skies. Western Europe, to include England, will be in the 60â€™s, while from Spain to Germany and southward into Italy temps will be on the rise high temps in the 80â€™s and 90â€™s. Temps in the Middle East will be in the 90â€™s and 100â€™s.
Weather Forecast for Africa and the Cape Verde and Madagascar Islands on May 15, 2013
Sunny skies will stretch from northern Africa into the Cape Verde Islands, while partly cloudy skies will be found throughout southern Africa and into Madagascar. South Africa will be the cool spot with readings in the 70â€™s and 80â€™s, while the rest of Africa will be in the 90â€™s and possibly a few 100â€™s. Madagascar will be in the upper 80â€™s to lower 90â€™s while the Cape Verde Islands will be in the 80â€™s.
Weather Forecast for Southeast Asia on May 15, 2013
Tropical Cyclones continue to push through the Bay of Bengal and will bring damaging winds along with heavy rains to the region. Partly cloudy skies will be found in New Delhi, while showers and thunderstorms will be over southern India and also Sri Lanka. Afternoon showers will be possible over Singapore and stretch into Jakarta and northward into Thailand. Hot weather in store for this region with temps in the 90â€™s and 100â€™s for almost everyone, except for Singapore and the areas being impacted by the tropical cyclone; they will be in the 80â€™s.
Weather Forecast for Eastern Asia and the island of (Guam) on May 15, 2013
Partly cloudy skies are in store over Northeast Russia, while showers along another front setup over Shanghai. Sunny skies will dominate the weather form Hong Kong northeastward into Tokyo. Showers will be possible during the afternoon from Manila to Guam. Temps will be in the 40â€™s for northeast Russia warming to the 60â€™s and 70â€™s over eastern China, while the mid 70â€™s from Seoul into Tokyo.Â The 80â€™s will be found through Hong Kong warming to the 90â€™s for Manila and back into the lower 80â€™s for Guam.
Weather Forecast for the Island of (New Zealand) and Australia for May 15, 2013
Partly cloudy skies are in store for western Australia, while eastern Australia will be dealing with showers, as well as northern Australia. Northwest Australia into central Australia will be in the 70â€™s and 60â€™s, while southeast Australia will only get into the 50â€™s along with Auckland.
