Weather Forecast for North America on March 29, 2013
High pressure will be finally pushing eastward, taking all the cold weather with it, and out to see by the afternoon. This will allow for a short warming trend across the United States ahead of another storm system that will be moving into the southern Plains. Partly cloudy skies will prevail through Greenland and also portions of northeast Canada, while western Canada will begin to see increasing clouds as another storm system starts to approach the area. Trade winds will create partly cloudy skies across Hawaii as well. Temps will range from the upper 20’s in Greenland to the mid 30’s for New York City and the mid 60’s for Los Angeles. Temps out over Hawaii will be in the lower to mid 70’s.
Weather Forecast for South America on March 29, 2013
The majority of the country will enjoy partly cloudy skies from Peru to Argentina and northward back to Brazil. Temps will be in the lower to mid 70’s across the northern part of the country, while the western part towards the Andes will see temps in the upper 30’s to the lower 40’s. The southern part of the country, around the tip of Argentina, will be looking at temps in the mid to upper 40’s.
Weather Forecast for Europe and the Middle East on March 29, 2013
A frontal boundary approaching England will bring partly cloudy skies to the area. Expect to see more clouds and showers for Spain and France eastward into Italy. Northern Europe will see partly to mostly cloudy skies as well. High temps will range from the mid 40’s in England to the lower 50’s through parts of Spain and France, warming to the lower 60’s for places in Italy. Looking into the Middle East, we will see another warm and dry day for the region, with temps forecasted to be in the upper 80’s and a few 90’s will also be possible.
Weather Forecast for Africa and the Cape Verde and Madagascar Islands on March 29, 2013
Showers will be possible across the northern part of the country, while sunny skies will prevail over the Cape Verde Islands. Rain showers will also be possible across portions of west central Africa, while partly cloudy skies will prevail for southern Africa into Madagascar. Temps will be in the lower to mid 70’s for northern Africa into the Cape Verde Islands, while temps fall to the mid 60’s across South Africa and the Madagascar region.
Weather Forecast for Southeast Asia on March 29, 2013
Sunny skies will prevail across most of the region, while closer to the tropics expect to see afternoon showers for places like Singapore and Thailand. The majority of the region from New Delhi southward into Singapore and northward to Thailand will see lower to mid 80’s across the board.
Weather Forecast for Eastern Asia on March 29, 2013
A frontal boundary moving across eastern China will bring extensive cloud cover and also rain to places like Shanghai and the Korea’s; as the day progresses, look for these showers to push into Japan. Partly cloudy skies will prevail over Hong Kong, while afternoon showers will be present in Manila. A few snow showers will also be possible over northern parts of Russia near the Kuril Islands. Temps will be in the upper 50’s to low 60’s for Hong Kong. Expect to see cooler weather over the Korea’s and Japan, with places like Seoul hitting the mid 40’s and near Tokyo possibly the mid 40’s as well. The deep freeze will be on for northern Russia with high temps only in the teens to 20’s. Manila will see afternoon high temps in the mid 80’s.
Weather Forecast for the Islands of (Guam and New Zealand) and Australia for March 29, 2013
Look for mostly cloudy skies and a few passing showers for New Zealand, while eastern Australia will see partly cloudy skies. Northern Australia will be dealing with stronger winds and showers as a tropical wave moves through the region. Partly cloudy skies will also be found over the southwest part of Australia near Perth. Guam will see afternoon showers, with high temps in the upper 70’s to lower 80’s. Expect to see high temps for southern Australia, Perth and Sydney, to be in the upper 60’s to lower 70’s. New Zealand with the clouds and showers will top out in the mid 60’s.
