Weather Forecast for North America on June 30, 2013
Low pressure moving along the east coast will bring showers and thunderstorms to the region, while partly cloudy skies and a few afternoon thunderstorms possible for the southeast and Gulf Coast. The hot and dry weather will continue over the southwest and also the west. A frontal boundary pushing towards Alaska will bring showers into the region. Greenland will see temps in the 40â€™s while 50â€™s and the 60â€™s hit eastern Canada. The 70â€™s will be over the northeast US, the 80â€™s and 90â€™s in store for the southeast and Gulf Coast. The heat will be on over the west with temps in the 100-120F range for the southwest.
Weather Forecast for South America on June 30, 2013
A frontal boundary moving through southern Argentina will bring showers to the region, while the rest of South America will see partly cloudy skies. A few 80â€™s over parts of Brazil, otherwise 70â€™s for the northern part of South America. The 50â€™s will be over the central part and the 30-40â€™s over southern Argentina and southern Chile.
Weather Forecast for Europe and the Middle East on June 30, 2013
Partly cloudy skies will be found over most of Eastern Europe, while sunny skies will dominate the weather from Spain to Italy and into the Middle East. The 70â€™s will dominate from England into Scandinavia, giving way to the 80â€™s over Spain and eastward towards Italy. The 100â€™s over most of the Middle East.
Weather Forecast for Africa and the Cape Verde and Madagascar Islands on June 30, 2013
A few clouds will be over the Cape Verde Islands, otherwise the remainder of Africa will enjoy sunny skies from north to south, along with Madagascar. The majority of Africa will be in the 80â€™s and 90â€™s along with a few 100â€™s over the interior; the cool spot will be South Africa where high temps will be in the 60â€™s and a few 70â€™s.
Weather Forecast for Southeast Asia on June 30, 2013
The monsoonal rains will be over most of Southeast Asia with the heaviest rainfall over India, which will create another day of flooding problems for the area. From Singapore to Jakarta it will be more of an afternoon thunderstorm. Hot weather in store for the region with temps in the upper 90â€™s to lower 100â€™s over India, cooling to the 90â€™s over Singapore and into Jakarta.
Weather Forecast for Eastern Asia and the island of (Guam) on June 30, 2013
Partly cloudy skies will be found over northeast Russia and parts of eastern China, while the frontal boundary will extend over Shanghai to Seoul and into Tokyo. This will be the focal point for rain showers. There will be afternoon thunderstorms for both Hong Kong and Manila. Guam will enjoy easterly trade winds and partly cloudy skies. The 70â€™s and a few 80â€™s will be over northeast Russia and northern Japan, while the 80â€™s hit the rest of Japan and back towards Seoul and eastern China. The upper 80â€™s are in store for Hong Kong, while Manila will be closer the 90â€™s; Guam should be in the mid 80â€™s.
Weather Forecast for the Island of (New Zealand) and Australia for June 30, 2013
A frontal boundary moving towards southwest Australia will bring showers to the region to include Perth. Partly cloudy skies will extend over most of northern Australia along with southeast Australia, including Brisbane and Sydney. A few showers will extend over parts of New Zealand. Northern Australia will be in the 70â€™s, while central Australia cools to the 60â€™s and southeast Australia will be in the 40â€™s. The same will be true for New Zealand temps in the 40â€™s.
