Weather Forecast for North America on July 9, 2013

Showers will be moving along the East Coast extending back into the Gulf Coast as a frontal boundary pushes through the region. The Great Lakes and Northern Plains will see thunderstorms move through the region as well, some severe weather will be possible here. The Southwest will be dry and warm again. Temps will be in the 40’s over Greenland warming to the 60’s and 70’s for Eastern Canada and the Eastern United States. Heat will be on over the Plains and Southwest with temps rising into the upper 90’s and even a few 100-110F possible especially over the Southwest.

Weather Forecast for South America on July 9, 2013

The frontal boundary to the east of the region, look for partly cloudy skies to extend across the entire continent from north to south. Northern Brazil will be in the upper 80’s, while the rest of Northern South America will be in the 70’s, look for the 40’s and 50’s across most of Chile from north to south and the 40’s for Southern Argentina.

Weather Forecast for Europe and the Middle East on July 9, 2013

Partly cloudy skies for England, with a few showers possible over the Scandinavia region as sunny skies will dominate the weather from Spain to Italy. The Middle East will be hot and dry to the north, with a few clouds in the Southern part of the region. Hot is the key to this region, temps will be in the 80’s for England and the Scandinavian region, otherwise expect to see 90’s for the rest of Europe and the 100-110 range for the Middle East.

Weather Forecast for Africa and the Cape Verde and Madagascar Islands on July 9, 2013

A nice day in store for most of Africa as sunny skies will dominate the region, there could be a few isolated thunderstorms over parts of Northwest Africa. Sunny skies for Madagascar and partly cloudy skies for the Cape Verde Islands. Temps will be in the 90’s for all of Northern Africa, cooling to the 70’s and 80’s over Southern and Central Africa. The Cape Verde Islands will be in the lower 80’s and Madagascar will be in the upper 80’s.

Weather Forecast for Southeast Asia on July 9, 2013

Northern India will finally see a break from all the heavy rains, while Southern India into Sri Lanka will still have moderate rainfall, look for scattered afternoon thunderstorms from Singapore into Jakarta. Temps will be in the 90’s and a few 100’s over most of Southeast Asia to include India and Singapore along with Thailand and Jakarta.

Weather Forecast for Eastern Asia and the island of (Guam) on July 9, 2013

Northeast Russia will enjoy partly cloudy skies, while showers will impact the weather from Eastern China into Japan. Hong Kong and Manila will both see scattered afternoon thunderstorms, while Guam enjoys partly cloudy skies. The 60’s and 70’s will be over Northeast Russia and Northern Japan, while the 80’s hit Eastern China along with a few 90’s. The Korea’s will be in the 80’s along with most of Japan. Hong Kong will be in the upper 80’s along with Guam, while Manila will be in the 90’s.

Weather Forecast for the Island of (New Zealand) and Australia for July 9, 2013

A frontal boundary will bring showers to parts of Southwest Australia to include Perth, while the rest of Australia will enjoy partly cloudy skies, there will be a few showers over New Zealand as well associated with a frontal boundary. Northwest Australia will be in the 60’s, while Central and Southwest Australia will be in the 50’s and Southeast Australia will be in the 40’s.
