Weather Forecast for North America on April 3, 2013
An area of low pressure will be moving into northeast Canada and will bring snow showers to the region. As a high pressure will be sliding into the Great Lakes, expect to see partly cloudy skies and cooler than normal temps for the area. An area of low pressure is now moving through Texas and will begin to push rain showers and thunderstorms into the Gulf Coast region during the day. A strong area of low pressure is approaching Alaska and will bring snow showers to the southern part of Alaska. Temps will range from the single digits to the 20’s over Greenland and northern Canada. The 30’s and 40’s will expand through a good portion of Canada and into the Great Lakes region. Look for the 50’s to cover a good portion of the west, excluding the Rockies. The 60’s and 70’s will spread across the southern plains into the Gulf Coast, while the upper 70’’s will cover a good portion of Mexico.
Weather Forecast for South America on April 3, 2013
High pressure off the west coast will bring a few showers into central South America, while the rest of the region stays dry with just partly cloudy skies. Look for the mid 80’s throughout northeast Brazil dropping to the mid 70’s across the central part of the region and then further dropping into the 40’s and 50’s for the higher elevations along the Andes.
Weather Forecast for Europe and the Middle East on April 3, 2013
A low pressure moving towards western Europe will bring a few showers to the region throughout the day; otherwise look for partly cloudy skies from Spain over to Italy and then northward towards Berlin. High pressure over eastern Europe will keep the eastern side nice and dry with partly cloudy skies. High pressure also over the Middle East will keep the region warm and dry. The 30’s and 40’s will cover a good portion of northern Europe and western Russia. The 40’s and 50’s will extend from London eastward into Germany, while the 60’s and some 70’s stretch from Spain eastward into Italy. The Middle East will see temps in the lower 90’s and a few upper 90’s.
Weather Forecast for Africa and the Cape Verde and Madagascar Islands on April 3, 2013
High pressure over the center of Africa will dominate most of the region with partly cloudy skies. A few clouds and isolated showers may be possible along the extreme southwest portion of the region and these showers will expand in coverage over to Madagascar. The Cape Verde islands should enjoy another nice day with northerly winds. The northern part of Africa will see temps in the 80’s while a good portion of the area will see upper 80’s and lower 90’s. The upper 70’s to lower 80’s will spread into the Cape Verde Islands, while Madagascar will hit temps in the mid 80’s with a few 90’s possible.
Weather Forecast for Southeast Asia on April 3, 2013
High pressure off the coast of India will bring partly cloudy skies to the region; the only exception will be along the monsoonal trough, which will impact places from Singapore to Thailand and then into Diego Garcia. The 70’s and lower 80’s will be found in northwest Pakistan, while the 80’s and lower 90’s will spread from India eastward into the majority of southeast Asia.
Weather Forecast for Eastern Asia and the island of (Guam) on April 3, 2013
A strong area of low pressure will be moving through Japan and will bring showers and higher elevation snows to Mt. Fuji, while the northern part of the country will see partly cloudy skies. High pressure to the north of the Korea’s will bring partly cloudy skies to the region; this will extend southward into eastern China and down towards Hong Kong. Sunny skies will also prevail through Manila and eastward towards Guam. The teens and 20’s will dominate most of northern Russia and also parts of northeast China, while the 30’s will dominate northern Japan. The 50’s and 60’s will spread from eastern China into the Korea’s and southern parts of Japan. Look for the mid 70’s into Hong Kong and the mid 80’s near Manila and Guam.
Weather Forecast for the Island of (New Zealand) and Australia for April 3, 2013
High pressure to the south of Australia will bring partly cloudy skies to southwest Australia around Perth, while rain showers will be possible over towards Sydney and into portions of New Zealand. Nice weather will prevail from Darwin to Brisbane and all along the west coast of Australia. The upper 80’s will expand across a good portion of northwest Australia, while the upper 70’s to lower 80’s will be found through west and central Australia. The 40’s and 50’s will hit the Sydney region and expand into portions of New Zealand.
