A recent studied has shown results that 25 out of 948 men who were treated for prostate cancer reported having a smaller Johnson after the procedure. If this happens to you, the good news is you’re alive. You may have some nerve damage or need injections to have a sexual lifestyle, but you’re alive. Most men who reported this actually went through the treatment of having to have their prostate removed. This is why it’s imperative that we take care of our prostate so we can avoid this type of procedure that would perhaps save our lives, but on the other hand it leaves us holding the short end of the stick.

Issues with the prostate are no joke, it can lead to urinary issues, pain in the lower back, cancer, and can lead to sexual disruption rather than sexual dysfunction meaning your Johnson isn’t going to work when you want it to which can lead to many internal issues like a lack of self-confidence and a crappy self-esteem.

So here are a few useful tips on how to take care of your prostate out of many that can help you but these I feel are more realistic and doable in everyday life.

First let’s talk about what to avoid or at least keep within moderation. Avoid excess:

  • Fatty foods
  • Red meats
  • Salt
  • Soda
  • Coffee
  • Cigarettes and cigars
  • Alcohol
  • Canned  or prepackaged foods
  • Dairy food

Now let’s talk about what you can do to ensure a healthy prostate.

  • Workout regularly
  • Eat pumpkin seeds, tomatoes, fresh vegetables and fruits, organic food, fresh fish, whole grains, beans, peas, and lintel.
  • Consume Saw Palmetto Herb Extract for two months as it is proven to help protect the prostate but once you consume it for two months the effects are finished.
  • Consume Vitamin B and E, green tea, and golden flax oil which is one of the best sources for Omega 3.

Now for my favorite rule, make sure you have regular orgasms. Not regular meaning boring, but have them regularly. If you don’t partake in a healthy sexual lifestyle, start partaking in the art of masturbation which after the teenage years we should all be masters of. Having an orgasm is like exercise for the prostate since the prostate is part in the process of semen production, and it’s healthy for you in general.

For me the objective is to create a lifestyle that I’m still comfortable with, of which also promotes a healthy prostate. The younger one starts implementing this lifestyle the healthier they will be when they are older and they will be at less risk of prostate issues. It’s realistic that I can digest most of these dos in my diet, workout a few times a week, and cut back on my soda, meat, and coffee intake. Not only is it healthy for the prostate, but it’s healthy for the rest of us too including our mental processes. I don’t know about you, but I don’t ever want to have the news that I have cancer or that I don’t, but my Johnson is smaller. It’s a much better option to do the right things now so we don’t have to deal with these issues later. Live long and prostate.
