Buy A Home, Get A Car Free

Jan 10, 14 Buy A Home, Get A Car Free

What if you could by a house and get a free car, would you? Maybe not, but what if that car was a Lamborghini, then would you?

According to our friends at Top Speed, owners of penthouses in Damac Maison, The Dubai Mall Street, in Dubai are giving away free a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster if you by one of their penthouses. It’s part of a promotion for the 2014 Dubai Festival.

The Lamborghini is priced at around $445,300, so how much is the home for them to give one of these jewels away. They start at $2 million.

The penthouses for sale are part of the first service hotel apartment project in Damac Maison. The project was designed by German architects Koschany & Zimmer. Also, other properties for sale by the company will offer either a BMW or a Mini Cooper free with purchase, depending on the size of home.

If you have the money to shell out for the penthouse, then getting the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster is a sweet deal.

The Roadster is an open-top all-wheel-drive sports car with a 6.5-L V-12 engine rated at 700 hp and 509 lb-ft of torque that’s matched with an ISR seven-speed gearbox. It can sprint from 0-60 mph in a blistering 3.0 seconds and has a top speed of 217 mph. The Roadster will also offer a cylinder deactivation system to keep CO2 emissions down and improve fuel mileage.

The roof is made entirely out of carbon fiber and comes in two pieces weighing only 13 pounds each. They can be removed and easily stored in the front luggage compartment. The redesigned rear pillars functions are for supporting the roof, has an automatic protection system for the passengers and provides extra ventilation for the engine.

The engine bonnet has a central column with two pairs of hexagon windows at the sides. This helps to cool the engine better, along with better drainage for rain water and gives a view of the engine. The body can be ordered in a variety of colors including an all-new light metallic blue similar to the 1968 Miura Roadster.

A new set of Dione wheels made of forged aluminum are 20 inch on the front and 21 inch on the rear.

The interior will feature two LCD screens: one for the instruments and one for the stereo and navigation system. It will also feature a special leather called “Sabbia Nefertem.”

Standard equipment includes ABS with electronic brake distribution, anti-slip control, speed-dependent servo-tronic steering, hill start assist and ESP stability control. It also features a Driver Select System for the engine (transmission, differential, stability control and steering)  that can be set in three modes: road, sport and track.

If you’re in the market of buying a home in Dubai, why not purchase one in the Dubai Mall Street and get a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster as a bonus. But if you just want the Lamborghini, it will set you back the $445,300 in the US, plus an additional $3,700 gas guzzler tax.
