New York, NY:

September, 2013: The month will see an average of 65-75F for daytime highs through the month with the chance of seeing a few days hit the 76-79F range as well. The overnight lows for the month will average around 50-60F, with the coldest spell for the month being in the 45-49F range. Looking at the month for precipitation, there will be around two to four inches of rainfall, while no snowfall is expected for the month.

October, 2013: The month will cool down a tad from September, with the forecasted high temps to be in the 55-65F, with the chance of seeing a few days hit the 68-72. Looking at the low temps for the month the average will be around 40-50F. There will be a few nights that fall into the 36-40F range, as well. Rainfall for the month will be around one to two inches, while the city should avoid snowfall for the month.

November, 2013: The day time highs will average around 45-55F, with the chance of seeing a few days hit the 58-62F range. As for low temps, they will fall to around 30-40F, with the chance of also seeing nights fall below freezing with 26-29F being very likely during the month. Precipitation for the month will consist of both rain and snow; rainfall totals will be around two to four inches, while snowfall totals will be near a trace to one inch.

Baltimore, MD:

September, 2013: The month will see high temps in the 70-80F range along with a few warmer days in the 80-84F range. Looking at the overnight lows for the area, temps will be in the 55-65F range along with seeing a few nights fall into the 48-52F range. Precipitation for the month will be around two to four inches of rainfall and no snowfall expected for the area.

October, 2013: Temps will start to cool by October with the high temps now being in the 60-70F range, along with a few days warming to the 64-68F range. As for overnight low temps, they will drop into the 50-60F, along with seeing a few nights hit the 44-48F range, as well. Rainfall for the month will include one to two inches of rain with no snowfall expected for the month.

November, 2013: Temps for the month will average around 50-60F, with the chance of seeing a few days hit the 60-64F range, as well. Low temps will be around 40-50F, with the chance of seeing nights fall to the 32-36F range. Total monthly precipitation will be around one to two inches of rainfall and still no snowfall for the month.

Boston, MA:

September, 2013: The month will start out with temps in the 65-75F range for high temps also the chance to see a few days hit the 76-80F range, as well. Low temps for the month will come in around 50-60F, with a few cooler nights in the 46-50F range. Rainfall on the month will be around one to two inches, while snowfall is not forecasted for the month.

October, 2013: High temps for the month will be around 60-70F, while for a few days the temps may rise to around 72-76F. Looking at the low temps for the month, we will see that temps in the 40-50F range will dominate the month with the chance to see a few nights hit the 36-40F range, as well. Rainfall for the month will be around two to four inches, while no snow will be in the forecast.

November, 2013: Temps will be in the 50-60F range for the month. There will be a few warmer days when temps rise into the 64-68F range as well. Overnight low temps will be in the 30-40F range with a few more nights in the 26-30F range. Rainfall for the month will be around two to four inches, along with the chance of seeing one to two inches of snowfall for the region.

Buffalo, NY:

September, 2013: Temps for the month will be in the 60-70F range with the chance of seeing a few days hit the 70-72F range, as well. Low temps for the month will be in the 50-60F range along with a few nights dropping into the 44-48F range. Snowfall for the month will be at zero, while rainfall for the month will be around two to four inches.

October, 2013: Temps for the month will be in the 50-60F range for high temps, while there will be a chance to see temps rise to around 56-60F, while low temps will fall into the 40-50F range. There will be a chance to see temps as cool as 34-38F during this time as well. Precipitation for the month will be around one to two inches of rainfall and no snow expected.

November, 2013: Temps for the month will be in the 40-50F range for highs, with the chance of seeing a few days hit the 56-60F range, as well. Looking at low temps the average for the month will be around 20-30F, with a few night dropping into the 16-20F range as well. Snowfall will begin to hit the region during this month with totals around four to eight inches possible and one to two inches of rainfall as well.
